Refund and Cancellation Policy

🕓 Student Cancellations – Refund and Cancellation Policy Guidelines

To receive a full refund (minus processing fees), students must cancel their registration at least 48 hours before the scheduled class.

If you cancel less than 48 hours in advance, our refund and cancellation policy does not offer a refund. However, you may reschedule one time at no additional cost.

Please note: We do not provide refunds or reschedule options for no-shows. If you arrive late and miss required content, you may not be admitted and will be marked as a no-show under this policy.

🔁 Rescheduling Classes Under Our Refund and Cancellation Policy

We allow students to reschedule a class once without penalty, as long as you contact us at least 24 hours before class begins.

If you need to reschedule more than once, a $25 rescheduling fee may apply. This helps maintain scheduling fairness for all students.

❌ Cancellations Initiated by Code Blue Training

In rare cases, Code Blue Training may cancel a class due to unforeseen circumstances such as instructor emergencies, or severe weather.

If we cancel, our refund and cancellation policy guarantees that you will have the option to:

• Reschedule at no cost

• Receive a full refund

• Apply your payment to a future training session

💳 Refund Methods and Payment Security

We issue approved refunds to the original form of payment within 5–7 business days.

For in-person or cash payments, we provide refunds by check or store credit.

All electronic payments are processed securely through trusted providers. Learn more about Stripe’s refund policy.
