Policy Points

WorldPoint retains the right to refuse any items sent back to us for any reason and will not be liable for customer refunds.

  • Any missing or damaged products MUST be reported within 5 business days of delivery.
  • All products must be unopened and in their original packaging.
  • All returns must be initiated within 30 days of invoice.
  • A restocking fee will be charged on returned merchandise, excluding WorldPoint Products.
    • All physical products: 5%
    • eBooks: 5%
    • eCards: 15%
  • Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receipt of product back to the original form of payment.
  • If you didn’t purchase directly from WorldPoint, please contact your supplier to initiate a return with WorldPoint.
  • Prepaid shipping labels are not applicable for Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or International Returns.

We love CPR Taylor and Baby Tyler… and we hope you do, too! If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase of CPR Taylor and/or Baby Tyler CPR manikins, the product is defective, or something is missing, we’ll make it right.

  • If you are experiencing any issues with the product, please give us a call at 866-701-2063 or email resolutions@worldpoint.com and we are happy to assist!
  • If used, products must be in saleable condition (“like new” condition with minimal signs of use) and returned within 30 days. No restocking fee will be applied.
  • Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receipt of product back to the original form of payment.
  • Prepaid shipping labels are not applicable for Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or International Returns.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
