1. Class Registration & Attendance

• You must register and pay in full to reserve your spot in any course.

• You agree to arrive on time and stay for the full class to receive certification.

• If you fail to attend your scheduled class or arrive too late to complete training, you may forfeit your certification and payment in accordance with our Refund and Cancellation Policy.

2. Certification

• Certifications are issued only to students who meet course completion requirements, including attendance, participation, and passing evaluations when applicable.

• We reserve the right to deny certification if the student does not meet performance or conduct standards.

3. Payments and Pricing

• Group rates and discounts may be offered at our discretion.

4. Rescheduling and Refunds
